This giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Complete Shipping Inc., in partnership with xyz – (collectively, “Sponsors”).
- Eligibility
- Contest is open to Canadian residents, including Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsors are not eligible.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Contest Period
- Contest begins at the time of posting and will end as announced in the post (All times scheduled in Mountian Time.)
- Entries received before or after this period will not be eligible.
- How to Enter
- To enter, participants must:
- Follow @completeshipping and PARTICIPATING ACCOUNTS on Instagram.
- Like the contest post
- Tag a friend in the comments section of the post.
- Entry rules:
- Participants must have a valid Instagram account
- Each comment tagging a new friend counts as one entry.
- Tagging the same friend multiple times will only count as one entry.
- Multiple friends can be tagged in a single comment; each unique friend counts as one entry.
- Prize
- Prize consists of whatever is announced on the Instagram post, nothing more.
- Prize includes shipping to any city in Canada, covered by Complete Shipping Inc.
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
- Winner Selection
- Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a random draw.
- The winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question in accordance with Canadian law to claim the prize (e.g., simple math question).
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification
- Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 3 business days of contest end.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
- Privacy
- Personal information collected from participants is used solely for administering the Contest and awarding the prize.
- By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information for these purposes.

Prix
Le prix consiste en ce qui est annoncé sur la publication Instagram, rien de plus. Le prix comprend l’expédition vers n’importe quelle ville au Canada, aux frais de Complete Shipping Inc. Le prix est non transférable et ne peut être échangé contre de l’argent. Les Commanditaires se réservent le droit de substituer le prix par un article de valeur égale ou supérieure si le prix annoncé n’est pas disponible.
Sélection du gagnant
Le gagnant sera sélectionné au hasard parmi toutes les participations admissibles par voie de tirage au sort. Le gagnant doit répondre correctement à une question d’habileté mathématique, conformément à la loi canadienne, pour réclamer le prix. Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre de participations admissibles reçues.
Notification du gagnant
Le gagnant sera informé par message direct sur Instagram dans les 3 jours ouvrables suivant la fin du concours. Si le gagnant ne répond pas dans un délai de 48 heures, le prix sera confisqué et un autre gagnant pourra être sélectionné parmi les participations admissibles restantes.
